The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. \nThe intended contract is a firm-fixed price. \nThe Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide Network Broadband for Guest Wi-Fi as outlined below in support of the Veterans Health Administration, Spokane VA Medical Center, 4815 N. Assembly Street, Spokane, WA 99205-6185. \nPotential candidates having the capabilities necessary to provide for this requirement at a fair and reasonable price are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to Jennifer Robles at jennifer.robles1@va.gov no later than January 5, 2026, 1PM, Mountain Time. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. \nRESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Company name, address, SAM UEI, and business size; point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address; whether services are presently offered on a current GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract, NASA SEWP, or any other Federal contract. NAICS Code 517112 with size standard of 1,500 employees, is applicable to determine business size standard. Any questions or concerns may also be directed via email to Jennifer Robles at jennifer.robles1@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. \nBackground. \nData bandwidth is needed for the Guest Wi-Fi at the Mann-Grandstaff Campus and 5 sites under facility control.\nScope. \nThe vendor shall supply the facility with non-IT network backbone data lines to support both on-site and remote connectivity. This includes six data lines designated for Guest Wi-Fi. Please see the designations outlined below.\nData lines site locations: \nOne line placed in the Demark Room in B014-A at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center, 4815 N. Assembly Street, Spokane, WA 99205\nOne line placed at the Spokane Valley Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), 12809 E. Mirabeau Pkwy, Suite 100, Spokane Valley, WA 99216\nOne line placed in the telecom room at the Coeur d Alene (CDA) CBOC, 915 Emma Avenue, Coeur d Alene, ID 83814\nOne line placed in the telecom room at the Spokane VA Homeless Center, 504 E. 2nd Avenue, Spokane, WA 99201 \nOne line placed in the telecom room at Spokane Contractors Building, 8530 N. Wall Street, Spokane, WA 99218 \nOne line placed into the telecom room at the Wenatchee CBOC, 2530 Chester Kimm Road, Wenatchee, WA 98801.\n5. Specific Tasks. \n5.1 Data line 1 at the Mann-Grandstaff site the Guest Wi-Fi shall be a 500MB band width.\n5.2 Data Line 2 at the Valley CBOC site shall be 200MB band width\n5.3 Data Line 3 at the CDA CBOC site shall be 200 MB band width.\n5.4 Data Line 4 at the Wenatchee CBOC site shall be 200 MB band width.\n5.5 Data Line 5 at Downtown Homeless shall be 100 MB band width.\n5.6 Data Line 6 at the Valley Outreach Center shall be 100 BM band width.\n6. Performance Monitoring\n6.1 The POC will keep a record of service outage and list quantity of times out and length of outage.\n7.
