Project Building locations include: Buildings 3, 4, 5,6, 7, 20, 43, 70, 97, 102, 107, 108, 109, 111, 112, 113, 115, 123, 144, 146, 147, 148, 150, 151, 152 and site.\nADMINISTRATIVE\nThe solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15 and will be evaluated in accordance with the tradeoff procedures listed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Offers received from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with a size standard of $45.0 million. The solicitation will be issued by early-mid January 2026. The period of performance is approximately 1,460 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
