Description

The subject of the procurement is the comprehensive iGaming Rectruitment Services required by Veikkaus Group (hereinafter "Veikkaus"). The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the Call for Tenders and its annexes, especially in Annex 1 'Description of the Object of the Procurement'. The maximum and estimated value of the framework agreement is 1 912 350,60 € (VAT 0%). This framework agreement does not include a minimum purchase obligation. Veikkaus reserves the right to procure services outside this framework if deemed necessary. The framework agreement enters into force once it has been signed by both parties but no earlier than 1.7.2026. The Agreement is in force until 1.7.2028. The Agreement includes two (2) extension options of one (1) year each. If an option is not exercised in respect of one party to the framework arrangement, this does not affect the validity of the entire framework arrangement.
