Williamson County, Texas, herein “County”, is seeking Responses through this Request for Competitive Sealed Responses (RFCSP) from interested qualified firms (Respondents) to provide Job Order Contracting (JOC) construction services for the County’s Job Order Contracting Program (JOC Program) for the Facilities Management Department. The County seeks to award up to four (4) Job Order Contracts through this solicitation.
