Call for External Collaborator – To analyse the Third Sector landscape in Barbados

Description

The assignment will analyse the Third Sector landscape in Barbados, assess its contribution to national development priorities, including decent work outcomes, and identify the main constraints and opportunities affecting its development. The Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Third Sector (MLST) will facilitate access to meetings, interviews, focus groups and consultations with stakeholders and key informants required to support data collection, consultation and validation.
