UNICEF Lebanon would like to invite you for a new tender # LRPS-2026-9204821 for the establishment of Long-Term Arrangement for Third Party Monitoring Services for the period of 2 years with a possibility of extension for 1 additional year, as per attached Annex 1- TOR and Annex 2- Pricing List. Proposals must be sent to the following secured email ONLY ( lebtender@unicef.org ) no later than Wednesday 22 July 2026, 12:00pm. Proposals must be sent in two separate emails; one technical and one financial. - Email for technical proposal: Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number ( LRPS-2026-9204821 ) - name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal only without prices . - Email for price proposal : Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number ( LRPS-2026-9204821) - name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal. Please do not make any changes on Annex 2- Pricing List and kindly submit it in both; excel and signed PDF formats. Proposals sent in another manner will be considered invalid. IMPORTANT NOTES: Please note that any inquiries related to this request will be acceptable through e-mail ONLY ( bantoun@unicef.or g & sselwan@unicef.org ) by 10 July 2026 the latest .
