Please note: this is being issued in connection with Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C77626Q0169.\n\nILEAD operates Avid post-production edit suites and an Avid Media Asset Management [MAM] system with a Quantum LTO 8 library for archiving. \n\nTo archive Avid project files, including sequences, video, audio, and graphics separately for possible editing after the files have been archived, ILEAD requires the Marquis Project Parking system. Project Parking takes all the files and compresses them into a Tape Archive [TAR] file, which can then be sent to the archive directly or through the MAM if the editor selects the MAM to manage the file. \n\nThe Marquis Project Parking system is a proprietary software system and support is only available through Marquis.\n\nThis requirement will be open market using RFO Parts 12 and 15. To be eligible for award consideration, the prime vendor must be registered in SAM.gov as a veteran-owned small business in NAICS 541519.\n\nThe solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS code is 541519 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard $30 Million. This will be a firm-fixed-price contract with four 12 month option periods. This notice is not a request for competitive offers. All questions must be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email to Kymberly.Morgan@va.gov and Rachael.avery@va.gov. Telephone calls will not be accepted. The VA reserves the right to use only Contracting Opportunities on SAM.gov via the internet to provide notification of any amendments to this notice and the subsequent solicitation. It is the contractor s responsibility to view Contracting Opportunities daily for any amendments to this notice and the solicitation.\n\nThe VA estimates that the solicitation and related amendments will be posted to Contracting Opportunities on SAM.gov on or around 4/09/2026. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued for 7 calendar days and close 4/16/2026. Solicitation initial posting date and the closing date are subject to change as necessary.\n\nAny responsible Offerors may submit an offer upon release of the solicitation.
