R01801 - Winter maintenance, Region North - Evenes Air Base (second notice)

Description

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invites tenderers to submit tenders for the following assignment: Winter maintenance in the Northern Region, Evenes Air Station. The contract mainly comprises snow clearing and responsibility for snow ploughing, as well as certain related services as needed. Further details on the assignment are in the tender documentation part III. The contract will be valid for 2 years from 01.09.2026, or from the signing date if this occurs later. The contract can be extended by the contracting authority for 1+1+1 year. The agreement has a maximum duration of five years from the start date, including extensions. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition if there is a justifiable reason, e.g. if planned financing is withdrawn or lacks approval from political or military quarters.
