THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. \n\n The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price service contract to repair of gates S-18 and S-19 at Akasaka Press Center (APC). Anticipated award date is around 30 Jun 2026 (subject to change). \n\n Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to perform repair of gates S-18 and S-19 at Akasaka Press Center (APC). The contractor shall perform in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS), commercial standards and practices, and the manufacturer’s specifications. \n\n Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan.
