Participation in this bid solicitation is limited to Qualified Supplier Partnerships (QSPs) that remain qualified under ITQ#E60ZM-241989 and the bid solicitation documents will only be shared with these QSPs. This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of PWGSC’s Human Capital Management Solution Branch, for a Case and Client Relationship Management (CCRM) Solution. PWGSC is seeking to award up to two separate Contracts; one Contract to a CTV who will provide, operate and maintain a secure Service and one Contract to a SI to configure and implement the CMP into production.
