Included are the work elements provided for in the specifications and schedules. Other elements of work include, but are not limited to, incident/emergency response and service request management. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that routine maintenance is controlled to a safe, operational, and compliant standard, while contributing to improved network amenity, safety, and asset management outcomes.
