PSPC, on behalf of the House of Commons (HOC) plans to hire to hire a Contractor through SA to provide construction services for repairing identified firestopping and fire separations in the Dover, Brouse, and Booth buildings (187, 183, and 165-175 Sparks Street, Ottawa ON). This is a Request for Proposal only for Holders of Supply Arrangement (SA) EP938-232165 only. Select General Contractor SA holders have been invited to participate per the terms and conditions set out in the SA. If other bidders are interested in submitting a proposal they will have to qualify for the Supply Arrangement before they are given an opportunity to bid on this requirement.
