The winning bidder is responsible for providing disposal capacity for the project, using a readily available commercial site (e.g. gravel/sand pit) and/or beneficial use sites. \n\n All bidders must be fully registered and have completed online representations and certifications in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to the bid opening. Bidders that have not registered or completed their online representations and certifications may be rejected.
