The Contract Works comprise of: • Minor earthworks, • Ground improvements (provisional items), • Stormwater pipework and catch pit (local developer is expected to complete major portion of this work), • Wastewater and potable water pipes and connections and outfalls (local developer is expected to complete some of this work), • Weigh bridge, • Pavement and surfacing, • Concrete footpaths, • Splitter island, • Wheel stops, • Kerbs and vehicle crossings, • Provide all infrastructure necessary to support the installation and operation of the vehicle weighbridge and ANPR camera including associated ducting and cabling, • Static signage around the site and the surrounding road network, • Pavement markings, • Fencing and gates, • Landscaping items, • Building services up to the point of entry into the CVSC building, • Guardrail, • Road screening works, • Variable Messaging Signs, • Managing other contractors, • Liaise with regulatory authorities, councils, and others, • Electrical and Telecommunications works: - • Ducts, cabling, pits, connections and all other electrical features, • Ducts, cabling, connections, pits and all other telecoms features, • Lighting poles and luminaires. Only tenderers minimum pre-qualified to level 4C under the terms of the Transport Agency’s Prequalification System are eligible to submit a tender.
