The proposed acquisition is for transitional support in support of digital integration efforts for the United States Naval Community College. The NAICS Code is 541330 and the Small Business Size Standard is $25.5 million.\r\n\r\nQuotes are not being accepted in response to this document.\r\n\r\nThe NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, BUMED/FM and C Directorate intends to acquire on a sole source basis via a Firm- Fixed Price contract with a two (2) week period of performance beginning on 1 March 2026.\r\n\r\nThe awarded contract for the above requirement is for a commercial service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source.\r\n\r\nInterested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to future similar requirements; however, this notice is not intended to be a request for competitive quotations from any source.\r\nInformation received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
