The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is formally soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to renovate the Grant Road Office Building located in Houston, Texas. The scope of work for this project encompasses the comprehensive interior demolition, remodel, and design, architectural redesign, complete roof replacement, exterior pressure washing and repainting, parking lot asphalt resurfacing and restriping, and the installation of a perimeter security fence. All work must be executed in strict accordance with the approved construction documents, plans, and technical specifications.
