Sargood Centre Roof Replacement

Description

The Dunedin City Council (DCC) owns the Sargood Centre at 48 Logan Park Drive, Dunedin. The building is made up of 4 sections which were all built at different times. Two of the roof sections need to be replaced. We want to partner with a supplier who can undertake the replacement of the two sections of roof. The building currently houses several tenants including Sport Otago and Otago Polytechnic. It is important that this work is undertaken between November 2026 and February 2027 as to minimise the disruption to the tenants.
