{"description":" The Air Force intends to solicit the following service: \n\n \n\n The Contractor shall provide a one-time service contract for Testing, Evaluation, Machining and Sample Prep on the CoCr Powder Study (Tensile and Fatigue machining/testing) for the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). The equipment is listed in Appendix A and GPF Attachment. \n\n \n\n Fatigue and Tensile testing are tests of the mechanical properties produced, in this case, from a combination of machine and material parameters during additive manufacture of the base metal. The requested service will generate data that will be used for implementing a CoCr powder reuse plan, as well as design parameters for future workload. \n\n \n\n A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. \n\n \n\n Estimated Period of Performance: 10 months ARO \n\n \n\n Full and Open Competition \n\n \n\n System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award.
