Phase 1 of the Programme (HUP1) is complete. Phase 2 (HUP2) has been approved to proceed and is structured into four tranches to enable a phased and strategic delivery approach. Project Management Services – including Engineer’s Representative Services This contract opportunity relates to Phase 2 of the Programme and covers Project Management Services, including Engineer’s Representative Services, for five Tranche 3 sites, each requiring like for like upgrades. These sites have been bundled into a single procurement package; however, the Preferred Respondent will be engaged under separate contracts for each site to support strong budget management, programme control, and responsiveness to site specific requirements.
