Introduction Country: Serbia Description of the Assignment: The purpose of this consultancy is to provide support in the implementation of Council Decision 2022/2321 in support of SEESAC for the implementation of the regional roadmap on combating illicit arms trafficking in the Western Balkans and to disarmament and arms control activities in South-East and East Europe. To support preparation and analysis of the 14th and 15th Regional Progress Reports of the Western Balkans SALW Control Roadmap, as well as the individual roadmap progress reports from six jurisdictions . Additionally, the Research and Reporting Expert will support preparation of updates on the implementation of UNDP SEESAC activities, as well as the project progress reports. Period of assignment/services: 15 September 2025 – 30 July 2026 Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
