Addendum #003 provides a revision to the ITB Timeline.___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Addendum #002 includes revised Attachment I - Price Sheet, which bidders are required to use. Vendors are required to use Attachment I - Price Sheet in this Addendum for their bid to be considered Responsive. Attachment X- Non-Disclosure Agreement is included for disclosure purposes and must be completed as required.
