This is a notice to advise potential suppliers of an opportunity to attend an Industry Briefing session, as part of market analysis for the Project, the details of which are as follows:The intention of this Industry Briefing session is to ensure that potential suppliers receive clarity on AFP’s expectations in relation to the Project.Please register your interest in attending the Industry Briefing session by emailingAFP-RFT@afp.gov.auby no later than 3:00PM (Canberra Time), Thursday, 22 May 2025, with the following information:· first name, last name, company name, mobile phone number and email address of people who are attending the Industry Briefing session in-person or via tele/video conferenceIn addition, an opt-in offer is made to each potential supplier to present their proposed solution to AFP (i.e. the Industry Presentations) based on predefined User Stories enclosed in the Industry Information Pack enclosed herewith, during the period from Monday, 9 June 2025 to Friday, 20 June 2025 (inclusive), for up to 45 minutes per potential supplier, either in person or via tele/video conferencing. The presentations could take the form of PowerPoint slides, wireframes and/or product demonstrations.Please register your interest in presenting your proposed solution to AFP by emailingAFP-RFT@afp.gov.auby no later than 3:00PM (Canberra Time), Thursday, 29 May 2025, with the following information:· first name, last name, company name, mobile phone number and email address of people who are attending the presentation in-person or via tele/video conference· include at least three (3) options for preferred dates and times which will assist AFP to ensure a suitable venue is secured.The Industry Information Pack enclosed herewith contains information about project requirements, predefined user stories, current ICT environment at AFP, current metrics and a Returnable Schedule.The Returnable Schedule must be submitted by no later than 3:00PM (Canberra Time), Friday, 27 June 2025) via AusTender. The respondents are discouraged from submitting marketing material. None of the information gathered during market analysis will be used to evaluate any of the respondents.Making Industry Presentations and submitting Returnable Schedules are highly desirable, but not mandatory.All questions, clarifications and/or enquiries must be submitted in writing, by no later than 3:00PM (Canberra Time), Tuesday, 24 June 2025, via email toAFP-RFT@afp.gov.au. AFP is under no obligation to respond to any questions, clarifications and/or enquiries received after this time.Participation in this process is at the sole risk, cost and expense of respondents.
