Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) For Janitorial Services for Housing Services Centre (HSC) Borden This requirement is for: Department of National Defence (DND) – Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA). 1. CFHA, within DND, has a requirement for the procurement of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly janitorial services for HSC Borden. 2. Publication: All solicitation documents will be published at the same time as this NPP on CanadaBuys. 3. Point(s) of delivery: HSC Borden located at 51 Somme Boulevard, Borden, Ontario, L0M 1C0. 4.
