Interested persons may identify their interest and capability of responding to this requirement of Swing Space Trailers. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all responses for the Swing Space Trailers received by the closing date and time of this Notice of Intent will be reviewed/considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
