Dear Vendor, UNESCO invites you to submit a quotation for Request for Quotation Ref. RFQ-UA-26-31 for Finishing Works Following Crack Injection at Kindergarten in Odesa, Ukraine To obtain the full set of solicitation documents, please contact: procurement.kyiv@unesco.org 🔨 The scope of works includes preparatory and protection works, local surface repairs, priming, painting works, and supply of all required materials, labour, equipment, transportation, and associated services necessary for the proper completion of the works. The estimated area of painting interventions is approximately 532 m². The expected completion period is 30 calendar days from the contract signature. 📄Your quotation shall include the following supporting documents: • Company profile and relevant experience in similar works; • Valid licenses/permits (if applicable); • At least two references from previous clients or similar completed projects; • Proposed work schedule; • Completed financial proposal; • Vendor Information Form (for companies not yet registered with UNESCO). The offered works, materials and services must meet or exceed the minimum technical requirements specified in the attached RFQ document.
