The Planning Advisory Service seeks a supplier to deliver GIS and data skills training for local planning authority officers. Training will focus on tools like QGIS, spatial data, and planning applications. Delivery will be mainly online, with some possible in-person sessions and ad-hoc research commissions based on interest and demand.
