This ROI is the first stage in a two-stage procurement process: Stage 1 – ROI and Stage 2 – ECI RFT followed by the Stage 3 – ECI Phase including commercial negotiation and the Design and Construct (D+C) proposal. Project documents listed in Appendix C will be provided to Applicants in a data room. Access to the data room will be provided at NZTA’s discretion following completion and return of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Applicants should complete the NDA and return via GETS as soon as possible. Electronic copies of the Registration of Interest documentation, Appendix A ROI Response form and NZTA NDA form are attached to this advertisement. A Group Inception Meeting will be held online for all Applicants to attend at 09:30 am Friday 13th June 2025. This meeting is not mandatory but is recommended. Applicants should contact the Tender Secretary via GETS no later than 3pm Thursday 12th June to receive meeting invitation details. All tender communications to include completed NDA forms are to be submitted through the GETS Questions and Answers portal. All responses to tender questions/clarifications will be answered by Notice to Tenderer which will be available in the GETS addenda. Applications shall be uploaded to GETS eTender box. The GETS file upload limit is 50MB. The files should be labelled: 12379 2AB ECI [Applicant Name] Registration of Interest Applications will only be accepted electronically via the GETS eTender Box.
