Figueredo justin.f.figueredo@usace.army.mil \n\n Synopsis: \n\n This is a presolicitation notice prepared in accordance with RFO 5.1 Presolicitation Notice. \n\n The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District intends to solicit this action as Total Small Business Set-Aside, Firm-Fixed-Price service contract directly to suppliers to procure services for the removal a damaged stern anchor buoy “V” in the Columbia River at River Mile 100+25 and installation of a Government furnished replacement buoy. \n\n The statutory authority for this Total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation directly to suppliers is the RFO 19.104-1 and RFO 12.201-1(c)(2). \n\n A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED. \n\n The Government intends to proceed with a Total Small Business Set-Aside direct solicitation to three suppliers under NAICS 237990 – Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction.
