Framework agreement for the procurement of vehicle administration services and leasing of vehicles.

Description

The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the following services: Vehicle administration, electronic travel log, operational leasing of vehicles, liability insurance and disposal of self-owned vehicles. The Contracting Authority currently has 417 vehicles at its disposal. The contracting authority would like an optimisation of vehicle management and access to functional and environmentally friendly vehicles. The contracting authority has entities for Norway. The contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 2 (two) + 2 (two) years at a time. The financial limit over 6 years is estimated to be up to NOK 300 million excluding VAT, based on previous years' experience and accounting figures. The sum is only a guideline and is without obligation for the contracting authority. Call-offs on the framework agreement will depend on, among other things, annual budget appropriations and priorities.
