Conducting market research in EU countries (excluding Belgium) and third countries 2026-2029: VLAM wishes to centralise the market research (in EU countries (excluding Belgium) and third countries) that it commissions annually for various products/services. The aim to centralise the different research assignments is to optimise activities and make more efficient use of time and resources, both for VLAM and for interested companies. To this end, VLAM wishes to conclude a framework agreement for the placement of market research assignments for the next four calendar years, from 2026 to 2029. VLAM oversees various product and service groups (sectors), each of which has a high degree of autonomy in terms of strategy and resource allocation. VLAM therefore wishes to engage a specialist agency to carry out market research in EU countries (with the exception of Belgium) and in third countries for the various product and service groups.
