Introduction UNDP in Viet Nam is looking for a national NGO/national research institution/national firm to conduct strategic communication and capacity building to promote digital Cof LGBTIQ+ communities in Viet Nam. Duty Station: Viet Nam Duration: August 2025 - May 2026 O OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSIGNMENT - Assess the current landscape of hate speech and anti-gender narratives targeting LGBTIQ+ communities in Vietnam, with a focus on digital platforms. - Strengthen the capacity of LGBTIQ+ individuals and allies—especially underrepresented groups—to respond to harmful narratives through strategic communication and inclusive storytelling - Support the development and implementation of community-led initiatives that promote digital inclusion and increase the visibility of LGBTIQ+ voices in both digital and physical spaces. - Produce and disseminate communication assets to raise public awareness and influence public discourse on gender equality and LGBTIQ+ inclusion. undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders .
