This ROI is the first stage in a two stage procurement process. From the ROI submissions, up to three Applicants will be shortlisted and invited to submit a tender. More detailed and specific attribute information will be requested in the second stage. A Group Inception Meeting will be held via MS Teams on Thursday, 22 January 2026.
