Description

Stratford District Council is seeking to establish a panel of suitably qualified builders, plumbers and electricians to deliver reactive and planned maintenance, fault identification, and repair services across a range of Council owned facilities and public amenities. The objective of this engagement is to ensure Council assets remain safe, compliant, functional, and fit for purpose while supporting the efficient delivery of services to the community. Applicants are invited to undertake works across a diverse portfolio of facilities including Civic Amenities, Investment Properties, Public Toilets, and Structures located throughout the Stratford District. Contractors will be required to investigate reported faults, provide cost estimates for approval where appropriate, complete repairs in accordance with specified response timeframes, and provide service documentation confirming completion of works
