Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.\nSOURCES SOUGHT DESCRIPTION\nThis is NOT a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought/RFI only. The purpose of this sources sought/RFI is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 325413 (size standard of 1,250 Employees). Responses to this sources sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses for a solicitation announcement. \n\nThe Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources that can provide a MSI Testing Reagent Cartridges as Reagent Rental needed to perform inhouse single gene molecular testing that at a minimum meets the following salient characteristics with a brand name or equal product for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System:\n\nSALIENT CHARACTERISTICS\nThe assay shall be fully automated, ready to made reagent with no reagent preparation required\nThe assay shall provide the following MSI testing characteristics:\nProvide a result in approximately 150 minutes.\nNo sample extraction required prior to use. \nTesting volume that can be performed on a minimum of 1 slice of FFPE tissue section.\nEliminate use of external quality control.\nQualitative detection of mutations in 7 novel MSI loci (ACVR2A, BTBD7, DIDO1, MRE11, RYR3, SEC31A, and SULF2).\n\nBRAND NAME OR EQUAL INFORMATION\n\nMFG\nProduct Name / Description\nProduct Number\nEst.
