Building 149 is located in a large courtyard surrounded by other structures and connecting corridors, which necessitates additional access and demolition considerations.\nThe contractor shall complete the requirements described in this scope of work, drawings and specifications within 120 calendar days after the notice to proceed. Maintaining the operational capability of the medical center is paramount and the contractor shall coordinate all activity schedules with the COR prior to execution and two (2) weeks in advance. Work during this project shall be conducted during normal business hours and/or after hours/weekends according to the nature of the work.
