Introduction ITB_003_2026_ Construction of Retrofiting of Evacuation Shelters in Salavan Provinces. Building A — Evacuation Shelter / Hall (160m²) — Retrofit: The existing structure was built without a roof; the retrofit scope covers installation of the roof structure together with all architectural finishes and electrical systems. Building B — WC Building (60m²) — New Construction: Full structural, architectural, electrical, and plumbing works for a new sanitary facility. ES03-04 — Namtheng Village, Khongsedone District, Salavan Province Outdoor Works: Landscape, civil works, drainage, electrical distribution, and water supply infrastructure serving the site. Building A — Evacuation Shelter Hall (109m²) — Retrofit: Existing structure includes all structural works, brickwork, and doors and windows; retrofit scope covers plastering and electrical works. Building B — Evacuation Shelter Hall (109m²) — Retrofit: Existing structure and roof frame are complete but roof materials are beyond serviceable life; retrofit scope covers full roof replacement together with all architectural works and electrical systems. Building C — WC Building (60m²) — New Construction: Full structural, architectural, electrical, and plumbing works for a new sanitary facility.
