Dear Sir/Madame UNICEF Liberia Country Office launched the invitee to bid for the procurement of solar power systems with installation in schools and education institutes in Liberia. Please note the following: 1. UNICEF is under no obligation what-so-ever to procure goods or services from the supplier. 2. UNICEF will place purchase orders/contracts for the required service(s) against the best & acceptable offers. 3. UNICEF shall, on fulfilment of the delivery terms, make payment within 30 days of receipt of the Contractor's invoice for the services/goods. 4.
