Included is new aluminium windows, ceiling and wall linings, floor coverings, partition walls and new bathroom fixtures and fittings, along with associated electrical services. Also included is some minor work to an adjacent cleaners cupboard, as well as the provision of tempered water to the classroom artbay sinkbenches.
