visual and mechanical inspection of all switchgear sections.\nClean and torque all accessible bolted electrical connections.\nConduct insulation resistance testing (phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground).\nPerform contact resistance testing of main bus and breaker stabs.\n4.2 Circuit Breaker Testing (15KV PowerVac)\nThe contractor shall:\nConduct visual and mechanical inspection.\nPerform contact resistance and insulation resistance testing.\nPerform vacuum bottle integrity testing.\nConduct primary current injection testing to verify trip operation.\nPerform mechanical timing and operation testing.\n4.3 Protective Relay Testing (Electromechanical Relays)\nThe contractor shall:\nCalibrate and functionally test all 51, 50/51, 51GS, 27, 27X, 60, 62, 86, and 87B relays per manufacturer tolerances.\nVerify control circuit continuity, wiring integrity, and tripping path functionality.\n4.4 PT/CT and Metering Testing\nThe contractor shall:\nPerform ratio, polarity, and insulation resistance testing.\nPerform burden and excitation testing where applicable.\n4.5 Grounding Verification\nThe contractor shall:\nPerform visual inspection of all grounding buses, connections, and hardware.\nVerify ground continuity and ground resistance.\n4.6 Additional Functional Testing\nThe contractor shall:\nFunctionally test all mechanical and electrical interlocks and safety devices.\nVerify trip coordination as found and as left. \n5.0 DELIVERABLES\nThe contractor shall submit the following deliverables:\nField Test Data Sheets for all tested
