Procurement of IT Operational Services

Description

The Directorate of Integration and Diversity (IMDi) is an implementation body for the integration policy. IMDi shall, as an administrative body and competence centre, strengthen the municipalities ́, sector authorities and other cooperation partners ́ knowledge and competence on integration and diversity, so that their social assignment can be carried out in the best possible way. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract with one tenderer who can provide operational services for IMDi's current and future IT systems, as well as function as a competence and collaborating partner within setting out services. Tenderers shall offer a comprehensive service spectrum, including the hire of space for the contracting authority ́s equipment in an appropriate data hall (colocation), operation of infrastructure and platforms, as well as operation with responsibility for applications and the accompanying underlying service teams.
