The Provision of Property and Tenant Management Services to Deliver the Rural and Native Housing Program on Prince Edward Island

CMHC wishes to enter into an Agreement with a vendor (hereafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) for the purpose of delivering the Rural and Native Housing (“RNH”) program on Prince Edward Island (PEI). The PEI RNH program provides subsidized, rent-geared-to-income (“RGI”) housing. The RNH portfolio consists of 117 CMHC-owned rental units located in PEI and distributed across the Island.
