Commercial Sale of UNMHA Surplus Laptops in Aden, Yemen (Qty:44)

Description

1. The United Nations Mission to support the Hudaydah Agreement (UNMHA) intends to sale forty-four (44) laptops in Aden. These laptops are recovered from the users, sanitized, and available for sale. The laptop's specifications, working conditions, and quantities will be provided in the relevant SORs to all bidders. 2. Laptops Condition: All laptops are sold as-is, and the buyer(s) must accept the laptop(s) in their current state, including all faults and hidden defects, without repairs or warranties from UNMHA. 3. Software, Licenses, Support, and Warranty: All laptops have the Windows 11 Pro operating System. No other software or license, except the Windows 11 Pro operating system, is provided with the laptops. 4. All the laptops are out of warranty and without repairs, support, or warranties. All goods are being sold on “as-is, where-is” basis, and without recourse or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of quality, roadworthiness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 5. UNMHA will sell per LOT Basis only to one bidder for the following laptops in Aden, Yemen: LOT 1: (All in working condition with only 2 faulty keyboard and 1 faulty USB-C Port): i.
