Pūtaiao Koiora - Refit Contractor

Description

The University of Canterbury is seeking a Design and Build Main Contractor to deliver the refit of the Pūtaiao Koiora Research Building. This project forms a key stage in the upgrade of an existing research facility, following the completion of early enabling and structural strengthening works. The refit stage will be developed through Preliminary Design by the consultant team, after which the successful contractor will be engaged to complete the detailed design, coordination, construction, commissioning, and handover under a Design & Build delivery model. We are looking for a contractor with strong Design & Build capability and proven experience delivering laboratory or technical fitout projects within existing buildings, who can work collaboratively within a live campus environment.
