Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an International Senior Consultant to produce an analytical, policy-oriented report on the implementation and adaptation of digital governance systems and related applications related specifically to labour market formalization based on a comparative review of lusophone experiences. The consultant will undertake the following tasks: a) Map, identify and systematize lusophone good practices on digitalization for formalization, with a focus on e-formalization tools and related institutional arrangements. b) Develop Portuguese-language technical policy briefs on selected digital solutions for formalization, and short policy adaptation notes for participating institutions to be presented at the Lisbon GPI triangular cooperation meeting.
