The guard force will be posted at the main visitor entrances of JFCNF buildings to oversee incoming visitors and conduct interior and exterior patrols of JFCNF buildings. The prospective contractor will be required to provide its services within NATO restricted areas. To that extent, contractor’s personnel shall possess a valid security clearance of up to NATO SECRET. \n\n BECOMING ELIGIBLE TO BID \n\n NCP requires that the U.S. Government issue a DOE for potential U.S. prime contractors interested in this contract. Before the U.S. Government can do so, however, the U.S. Government must approve the firm for participation in NCP. U.S. firms are approved for NCP on a facility-by-facility basis. \n\n The U.S. NCP application is a one-time application.
