All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. \n\n \nSolicitation number 12444826Q0005 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for EADS Shower/Toilet Replacement, and Southern Point Shower/Toilet Replacement, including but not limited to the below work:. \nEADS Shower/Toilet Replacement: \n1. Demolish and remove existing wood stud shower toilet building of approximately 450 square feet. Demolish and remove existing sidewalks of approximately 178 square feet. \n2. Construction of concrete block shower toilet building of approximately 1178 square feet. \n3. Provide all utility connections to new building and relocating of existing utilities if needed. \nMiscellaneous site and finishing work around new shower toilet building. To include approximately 410 square feet of new sidewalk. \n\n \nSouthern Point Shower/Toilet Replacement: \n4. Demolish and remove existing wood stud shower toilet building of approximately 654 square feet. Demolish and remove existing sidewalks of approximately 1005 square feet. \n5. Construction of concrete block shower toilet building of approximately 1178 square feet. \n6. Provide all utility connections to new building and relocating of existing utilities if needed. \n7. Miscellaneous site and finishing work around new shower toilet building. To include approximately 500 square feet of new sidewalk. \n8.
