DFAT-1071: Development of Investment Monitoring Reports

Description

DFAT has a requirement for a monitoring and evaluation technical advisor to provide independent technical advice, analysis and review of formal program annual reporting, completion reporting and technical design assistance for the Quality and Technical Assurance mechanism and development of Investment Monitoring Reports for the Pacific Labour Mobility Support Program including development of formal management responses, aligned with the department’s responsibility for transparent aid reporting including Program Investment Performance Reporting (IPR) cycle. This work will contribute to assist the department in meeting its performance obligations under the Public Governance and Performance Act 2013.
