As a general overview of the services required, Ara requires the successful supplier to: • Conduct mobile and foot patrols of the campus • Lock buildings, gateways and access ways • Respond to Intruder, Fire, Security and any critical plan alarms • Monitor buildings and all activity within campus • Monitor and prevent unauthorized access to campus • Respond to any breaches of the peace or any actions which amount to disorderly conduct • Secure Ara campus property and assets against theft, fire or flood • Assist students and public with information and direction, including providing safety escorts for students and staff from buildings to car parks • Provide or organize first aid, medical assistance, rescue or other emergency assistance to persons within the site as required • Identify, contain and report hazards
