AVGAS for 2026 Offutt Air Show (with storage truck)

Description

The scope of work is to provide aviation gasoline, delivery/storage truck, and labor for refueling operations in support of the 2026 Offutt Air Force Base "Defenders of Freedom" Air and Space Show. Fuel quanties and on-site truck and labor hours required per day can be found in the attached solictation document and Statement of Work. The period of performance for this requirement is 6 August to 9 August 2026. Additional information on this requirement can be found in the attached Statement of Work. Offers/quotes are due to the contracting activity at 11:00 AM CDT on 18 June 2026. Offers/quotes shall be delivered to the listed points of contact via email.
