Prior to award, quoters may be required to submit additional documentation demonstrating their ability and authority to perform in Japan. \n\n This solicitation similarly includes DFARS provision 252.225-7035, Buy American--Free Trade Agreements--Balance of Payments Program Certificate, Alternate I, in said DFARS provision 252.204-7998. In accordance with this provision, the Government will give preference to U.S.-made and qualifying country end products. Only offers of U.S.-made or qualifying country-made items will be considered eligible for award without a price evaluation penalty. \n\n \nQuoters are reminded of the requirements at FAR 52.209-6, Protecting the Government's Interest When Subcontracting with Contractors Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment.
